- Appointments are reserved intentionally and are often booked several weeks in advance.
- A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is kindly requested for any cancellation or reschedule. This allows time for clients on the cancellation list to adjust their schedules and fill the appointment.
- While I always do my best to accommodate rescheduling, availability outside of standard behind-the-chair days cannot be guaranteed.
- A no-show, or failure to notify prior to the appointment time will be noted and may impact the ability to book future appointments without a reservation fee.
- In the occurrence of a late arrival, services will be adjusted according to the service time remaining and total scheduled service will be charged at checkout.
