- WE CONFIRM ALL APPOINTMENTS with you by email and text 48 HOURS in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment booked weeks ago! When a client cancels their appointment WITHOUT giving us ample notice, clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive a service.
