- To respect our time and provide the best experience for all clients, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
- A card on file and deposit are required to secure all appointments. Deposits are non-refundable for any cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. Same-day rescheduling will be treated as a cancellation.
- We allow a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. After 15 minutes, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and will be subject to our cancellation policy.
- No-shows and late cancellations will be charged 30% of the scheduled service.
