- Next Level Hair LLC understands that sometimes schedules change and in the event of cancelling or rescheduling your appointment we request at least 24 hours notice. This allows other guests to book an appointment during this time slot. A credit card is required to hold your appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hour notice and appointments that are a “No-Show” are subject to a fee of 50% for scheduled service(s).
