All deposits are required to secure and reserve your appointment time. * Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment as long as the request is made at least 3 hours before your scheduled appointment time. * Cancellations & No-Shows: A 50% cancellation fee will be charged for any cancellation or no-show made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. * Same-Day Appointments: Same-day appointments may be subject to a 10 to 15 minute wait. * Additional Guest: One additional person is permitted to accompany you to your appointment. * Grace Period: A 15-minute grace period is provided for all appointments. If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, your appointment will be canceled.
