- All Appointments require a deposit when booking. This deposit is non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled within 48 hours of the booked appointment. You may be subject to a 50% charge of booked services if cancelled within 48 hours. You may reschedule your appointment one time. If you need to reschedule more than once you will forfeit the appointment deposit and a new deposit will be required to rebook. We try to be as understanding as possible when it comes to emergencies.
